• Our central Order Manager communicates closely with our vendors and makes sure all material is ordered correctly. All designs are reviewed by the owner of The Cabinet Shop.

• Once confirmations of orders are received from our vendors, these are checked for a final time by your salesperson/designer.

• Our Warehouse and Delivery Manager ensures product arrives and gets delivered to your home with the utmost care. Warranty service is also something his is responsible for.

• Overseeing Office Management is a team member that has been with The Cabinet Shop for over 12 years. She will also be your point of contact for all billing inquiries.

• Our Operations Manager has 11 years tenure and oversees all elements of our business to make sure everyone is happy and things are operating smoothly.

• Our Business Developer is working on all projects that come from this area. He is responsible for on-site meetings and provides information for our team here in Columbus.
